Miley Cyrus is featured on the cover of the the April 2010 issue of Teen Vogue. The editorial inside, focuses on her relationship with new up and coming actor, Liam Hemsworth. You may know Liam as Miley's love interest in this month's movie "The Last Song". In the article she reveals that she wll be taking a break from music to pursue a film carrer with the hopes of breaking into the business as a serious actress. She also goes on to tell readers about her New Years in Australia with Liam and the relationship they built on set.

The mecca of all red carpets, the Oscars, always tends to stun audiences across the nation when it comes to the fashion and it's winners, and this year was no exception. Some of the highest honors went to Mo'Nique who nabbed the award for Supporting Actress and Sandra Bullock who took Best Actress. Both winning ladies delivered wonderful speeches and Mrs. Bullock even joked about kissing Meryl Streep. The fashion, too, was a highlight of the night. J-LO sported a textured Armani Prive' floor length gown from his Spring 2010 collection. All in all, the Oscars was a special night recognizing some of the finest performances in cinema, today. Yesterday, A|X Armani Exchange unveiled the brands’ first A|X concept store, located in the epicenter of L.A. cool - Robertson and Beverly in West Hollywood, CA.


Some of our favorite celebrities stopped by to check things out and turned things into an afternoon party. Celebrities spotted were: Jessica Stroup, Minka Kelly, Adrian Bellani, Rafi Gavron, Sam Page, and many more...

The futuristically styled concept store, with 6,600 square feet of retail space, houses an edited assortment of seasonal collections and exclusive pieces that fit the image and lifestyle of the Young Hollywood client. Featured product ranges from premium denim and stylish t-shirts to casual dresses, blazers, outerwear, and a full spectrum of accessories.

Giorgio Armani dressed Lady Gaga for the Grammy Awards earlier in the month, and now the designer and musical artist have teamed up again, announcing that they will collaborate for her current world tour.

Gaga, who is famed for her dramatic dress sense and daring style sensibilities, recently revealed she felt "honored" when Mr. Armani agreed to dress her for the Grammy Awards.

She said: "I am honored to be wearing Armani this evening. The series of pieces Mr. Armani created for me are truly iconic; they represent not only beautiful fashion, but my spirit and essence as an artist. Mr. Armani is a fashion legend, and tonight would not have been the same without his touch, and his wonderful team."

Mr. Armani has created several looks for Lady Gaga’s that kicked off last week in the UK and will continue on to Australia and Europe. She dazzled at London's O2 arena on Friday night and is at Glasgow, Cardiff, Newcastle and Birmingham this week.

The looks stay true to the 'Poker Face' singer's eccentric style, and key looks include a curved-shouldered, sparkly structured body suit, a segmented sparking body suit with a lobster effect on one sleeve, a geometric mini dress with a mirror effect and a floor-length black patent trench. Gaga will pair each look with specially made Armani shoes and sunglasses.

Mr. Armani commented on the collaboration, explaining, “We hear Lady Gaga’s music everywhere we go; it is like a soundtrack of our times. In addition to her formidable songwriting skills, she is a modern fashion phenomenon.”

Last night Nicky Hilton, Kellan Kutz, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Lance Bass, Brittany Snow, Rose McGowan, Stephanie Pratt, Ryan Rottman, Jessica Stroup, and Adrian Bellani came out to celebrate the birthday of Neverwood High's Carlos Lopez, presented by Armani Exchange, at Bar 210 in Beverly Hills with Samantha Ronson behind the turntables. The room was outfitted in "chainsaw chic" decor and stars dressed in “killer looks” themed of American Psycho. Guests enjoyed specialty Svedka Vodka cocktails and received special VIP cards to the new A|X concept store, opening on March 3. The new A|X concept store is located at the corner of Robertson and Beverly (157 N. Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles).

The cast of The Vampire Diaries joined A|X and NYLON Magazine to host the 'Love Bites' Party at 645 Bar in NYC. Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder, and Paul Wesley. The trio were recently featured on the mags hot February cover. Check out the exclusive clip below.

Twilight cutie Kellan Lutz got cuddly with his pooch for a new PETA ad promoting pet adoption. The star has always been very vocal about his love for rescue pups Kola and Kevin. But now, the actor is taking the cause of animal adoption to a national platform, serving as PETA's latest spokesperson in their "Adopt, Don't Buy" campaign.

The ‘New Moon’ star signed on to be a part of the ‘Adopt, Don’t Buy’ campaign after adopting his beloved dogs Kevin and Kola. Kola is featured in the spotlight with Lutz. Shot by celebrity photographer Collin Stark, the advertisement features Lutz posed with his first dog, Kola. "She's my best friend," he tells PETA in an exclusive interview. "There are countless numbers of animals out there. It's our job to take them under our wing." Lutz says in a video on the PETA site.“[Kola] wanted a home, and I think that she could tell that I was the right owner for her. And from that day on, I just loved her.”

According to PETA, about 8 million unwanted dogs and cats enter shelters every year and half of them are euthanized due to space issues. "There are surprisingly many animals in these shelters," Lutz says. "It's sad, and knowing that they get euthanized. For the fans of Twilight out there who have so much love, give that love to a pet if you don't have one."

The undeclared princess of pop is featured this spring on the cover of Cosmo in their April issue, and we must admit, she looks pretty awesome. On the cover she wears a peach colored lingerie suit and is appropriately styled in the 50's pin-up way. The issue also features "Love Advice" by GaGa her self and "50 Things To Do Butt Naked". In the world of Hollywood many celebrity couples seem to find getting married an afterthought when it comes to their relationships. They travel around the world, have kids, live and work together all while keeping the wedding knot untied. Since this is a common theme with many celebrities, it is always exciting to hear when they do decide to make it official.

This past Monday, after a long and romantic Valentines weekend, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden finally decided to get engaged. They have been dating for three years and even have two children together. Everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion when it comes to this issue of getting married. However, as happy as the newly engaged couple seems to be, it looks as though they have mastered the art of unconventional relationships.

It’s official Taylor Lautner is all grown up – today Taylor celebrates his 18th birthday. TL recently told “Access Hollywood” about his birthday plansnothing! “Absolutely nothing really. Twilight star Taylor Lautner, was spotted courtside for the Los Angeles Lakers' game against the Charlotte Bobcats Wednesday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The 17-year-old New Moon star was looking hunky and handsome in all-black ensemble of a leather jacket, Armani Exchange V-neck shirt and jeans.

The “New Moon” cutie seemed to really have a great time seen laughing with fellow fans throughout the game. Team Jacob proved to be the extra boost the Lakers needed along with some love from Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens as they took the win over Charlotte by a close two points 99-97. The unstoppable global force known as Lady Gaga continues her quest to aid the victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. During her performance and interview on Oprah last week, Gaga announced that all the proceeds from one of her upcoming NYC shows will go to aid the country in crisis.

Today, she also announced that she is now taking pre-orders on her website for a special charity tee. And in true humanitarian fashion, all profits from the sale of the tee will go to aid in the victims of the earthquake.

Blake Lively has signed on to star in the next Superhero blockbuster the "Green Lantern".

Lively will play Carol Ferris, the female lead and romantic interest, of Ryan Reynolds superhero, Hal Jordan.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Carol Ferris is an aerospace executive who hires cocky test pilot Hal Jordan (Ryan Reynolds) who later becomes The Green Lantern. Shooting is expected to start in Louisiana this March, with a release date scheduled for June 17, 2011.

3000 miles away from his NY life, James Franco was spotted hanging out Friday at the Chateau Marmont in LA. He has been recently stretching his talents and becoming a true Renaissance man. On top of a loaded curriculum at NYU and Columbia, Franco still manages to work on his performance art, General Hospital, SNL, and of course, 30 Rock.

This Thursday, Franco will be maintaining his presence on the West Coast at the Sundance Film Festival until the end of the month. He will be there to promote his new film "Howl" about the 1957 obscenity trial surrounding one of the Beat Generation's most acclaimed poets, Allen Ginsberg. Franco, in the title role, plays beside film stars Mary-Louis Parker, David Stratharn, and Jeff Daniels with Gus van Sant as executive producer.

Looks like S and B are bringing some G-O-S-S-I-P ahead of the show's return. The book launch of Eric Damen's "You Know You Want It" brought out all the of our favorite Upper East Siders. The book gives the readers tips on how to follow the ever-changing trends of today without having a meltdown. As the costume designer for Gossip Girl, you know he knows you want it.

2009 was definitely the year that launched Lady Gaga. While in the beginning she made you want to “Just Dance,” she has finished the year making you want to pick up your jaw from the floor. She shocked the world with her unique VMA performance of “Paparazzi,” but even more so by being in the presence of the Queen of England and one of the Queens of Journalism, Barbara Walters. Lady Gaga made Walters’ exclusive and honorable “10 Most Fascinating People of 2009.” The interview recapped on many of Gaga’s musical accomplishments for the year including being the first music artist to ever have four #1 hits off a debut album. Interestingly, Walters’ sought out her life beyond the media exposed eccentrically dressed artist. Walters even admitted, “But When I met her, the most shocking thing about her, dressed in a Chanel suit, she was not shocking at all.” To Lady Gaga, above all things, she personally thinks of herself as an “Italian girl from New York.”

This past Sunday, November 29th was the Dizzy Feet Inagural Celebration of Dance, taking place at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, CA. Just to give you some scoop on Dizzy Feet, it was founded by producer Nigel Lythgoe and director, Adam Shankman.
Dizzy Feet was started to help young talented people be able to show off their skills.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan made an appearance on this events' red carpet. These two first hit it off because of their love for dance on the set of Step Up in 06.
A few days earlier, Jenna was spotted shopping at Armani Exchange on Sunset. Waiting outside were 20 paparazzo, waiting to snap some shots of this dancing diva. After shopping at the store, Jenna tweeted "Armani exchange has the cutest clothes! Just left, my car is stuffed to the max with the holiday shopping bags".

Fresh from of her 4x AMA win, Country Music superstar Taylor Swift was spotted leaving her hotel in London to do a little shopping on Portobello Road. Swift, currently on tour has been headlining Wembley Arena the past few nights to sold out crowds.

In this month's Glamour, certified fashion icon Rihanna plays cover girl and one of their Women of the Year for 2009. She finally breaks her silence about the Chris Brown incident and the message she wants to send out to young women everywhere and what people can expect from her comeback album 'Rated R'. Rihanna goes into detail about not only the incident but the betrayal she experienced. "It was humiliating; that is not a photo you would show to anybody," she says. "I felt completely taken advantage of. I felt like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it's my life. I was disappointed, especially when I found out the photo was [supposedly leaked by] two women." Rihanna also reveals what helped her get through that very difficult time. "My friends and family have been extremely supportive, and everyone has been there for me."

Rihanna shows how she is turning such a negative experience into a positive one. She is spreading the message that "Domestic violence is a big secret. The positive thing that has come out of my situation is that people can learn from that. I want to give as much insight as I can to young women, because I feel like I represent a voice that really isn’t heard. Now I can help speak for those women."

Not only is Rihanna spending her time spreading the message about domestic violence, but she is about to release her new album Rated R. Rihanna said "I put everything I’ve wanted to say for the past eight months into my music. The songs are really personal. I would not change anything about it. Just announced by the WWD, our Tennessee girl Megan Fox will be the new face for Emporio Armani underwear and jeans for Spring/Summer 2010. The 23 year old starlet will be replacing Victoria Beckham which was the spokesperson for Autumn/Winter 2009/10 ad campaign. Fox was photographed this past weekend in L.A. by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. The final project is expected to be on billboards and print in January.

Have no fear, Justin Timberlake is back on the market. Every major gossip magazine has been spreading word that JT and Jessica Biel are no more, but many do not typically regard these magazines as credible sources. The most reliable source has come out and revealed the truth... JT's grandmother. In her own words she said "Jessica was keen to marry, but Justin isn't ready. Kayla Ewell from the new hit series the Vampire Diaries was spotted shopping last night at the Armani Exchange store in Flatiron. The Vampy star picked up some great sweaters, dresses, and a bunch of jackets. Vampire Diaries airs on Thursday nights at 9pm on the CW.

Spotted in attendance was Trevor Donovan dressed from head to toe in Armani Exchange threads. The sexy newcomer to 90210 is quickly becoming a fan favorite and we can't get enough of him. The blonde bad boy was spotted in jeans, a black button down and watch from A|X.

Last night seemed to be a 90210 reunion - also in attendance was our favorite 90210 girls AnnaLynne McCord and Shannen Doherty. McCord was front and center at the party. The cutie playfully blew kisses to event photographers in between posing alongside her sisters, Angel and Rachel, while Doherty was spotted hanging out with Jennie Garth. The “Beverly Hills 90210” alum looked to be having a great time, chatting and laughing as the paparazzi snapped up pics of them.

James Franco graces the Fall 2009 cover of VMAN, which is celebrating its 15th issue. The sexy actor does not simply appear on the cover of this issue he also brings to readers through a impressive 10-page work of art within the magazine’s pages. It’s artistic and expressive story is entitled "Franco by Franco" - in which he lights up arrows, runs from a burning motorcycle and throws fire. But it's not all flammable fodder: In one particularly bizarre shot, the "Milk" actor poses with shaving cream covering his famous face. The images are both in print and as a moving images.

Spotted: Yesterday, Wednesday, September 2nd 2009, Alex Meraz the newest member of the New Moon/Eclipse wolf pack was spotted picking up some new duds at Armani Exchange in LA's Sunset Plaza. The Twilight stud was seen picking up some new sweaters, jeans, scarves and jackets for filming in Vancouver commenting "These are my styles - simple and sleek. They are so dope!"

Blake Lively celebrated her 22nd Birthday in style yesterday at none other than a NYC soiree hosted by InStyle magazine. The gossip girl star attended the cocktail party thrown in honor of Maria Sharapova and Frank Gehry. The event was held at the Cooper Square Hotel.

The Birthday girl has a busy schedule these days as she spent the morning in Boston, Mass in meetings about her upcoming project, The Town. The day before, Blake was in NY filming Gossip Girl. The upper east side regular still found time to dance the night away in celebration and got to have her her cake and eat it too by the end of the night.

Most eligible bachelor Chace Crawford seems to have a new leading lady in his life. Chace was spotted getting hot and heavy with Twilight star Ashley Greene in the early hours of August 10 at LAX airport after the pair attended the 2009 Teen Choice Awards. The two were spotted in the backseat lip-lock while Chace was dropping Ashley off at LAX. Cameras caught a full on eyes closed make out session between the pair.

Word on the street is that the couple has been spotted together "quite often" recently, but no one suspected that they were more than just "good friends" ... until now. “They were hooking up a year ago, and Chace always liked her,” a source tells In Touch. The Gossip Girl stud and the Twilight actress, reconnected at former boybander JC Chasez’s birthday party at The Continental bar in LA on August 8.

Ashley Greene is heading back to Vancouver to start filming the next installment of the twilight series new moon. So time will tell if Chace will leave the upper east side and head up north.

Spotted: Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan reunite. The duo were spotted laughing and dancing the night away on Sunday at the Grand Star Jazz Club in Chinatown, Los Angeles. The ladies both recently hit a new bottle to transform themselves into blonde bombshells.

Earlier that day, Britney spent nine hours in the Andy Lecompte Salon in West Hollywood where she had her brown locks turned bombshell blonde. While Lindsay Morgan, has also recently done away with her fiery locks, spent 11 hours in the chair having her hair made over. The Mean Girls starlet says she underwent the transformation for a film role and admitted to missing her old color. But it appeared that blondes do have more fun as the duo partied until 3am.

The following day, Britney declared on Twitter: 'Blondes do have more fun,' and Lindsay replied: 'I second that... for now hehe.'

Making a hot on-set couple, Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift joined forces to shoot scenes for the new movie “Valentine’s Day” on Thursday (July 30).

The newly added actors are playing athletes for the fictional Henderson High School track and field team.

Showing off his buff body, the “Twilight” hunk, Taylor Lautner, was spotted filming his track and field scenes, which included hurdles, pole vault, and high jumps. When not shooting Taylor was deeply engaged in conversation with Miss Swift.

Good looking duo Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane have joined the cast of new movie "Valentines Day".

Warner Brother feature film, "He's Just Not That Into You", featured an ensemble cast of notable actresses including Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Connelly, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Aniston. The new project, imaginatively titled "Valentine's Day" will work with celebrities include Bradley Cooper, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Garner, Ashton Kutcher, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Topher Grace and Emma Roberts. 
The romantic comedy has already begun filming in LA and follows five slightly interconnecting love stories. It’s going to be directed by ‘Pretty Woman’ director Garry Marshall.

Because of a recently changed rule by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences the number of nominees has been raised making larger categories so from now on new faces and series could also share the spotlight with Emmy legends.
This years Comedy categories were picked by Sarah Silverman, who was nominated for lead actress in a comedy series along with Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Tina Fey. “Flight of Conchords” received nominations for outstanding comedy series while “Family Guy” received a nomination for outstanding comedy-which is usually for live action shows.
“30 Rock” managed to get 22 nominations that included nominations for Tina Fey and Alex Baldwin. “Mad Men” received 16 nominations that included nods for Jon Hamm and Elsabeth Moss.

2009 Neil Patrick has the honor to host the program. The Emmy Awards will be handed out in Los Angeles on Sept. 20.

G.I. Joe star Channing Tatum has tied the knot with actress Jenna Dewan. The two "Step-Up" stars recently wed at a private estate overlooking the ocean in Malibu, on Saturday July 11, 2009.

The couple exchanged Neil Lane wedding bands with the bride in a Reem Acra
gown while the groom's choice was Giorgio Armani. Dewan's bridesmaids
included maid of honor Emmanuelle Chriqui from Entourage and Haylie Duff.

The outdoor ceremony, for 200 guests, was followed by a sit-down reception in a tent, decorated with thousands of roses, hydrangeas and orchids in reds, fuchsia and blush. The couple enjoyed their first dance to Hawaiian artist Israel "Iz" Ka'ano'i Kamakawiwo'ole's version of "Somewhere over the Rainbow."

The actors, who met in 2006 on the set of Step Up, have been engaged since September of last year. Tatum, who can currently be seen in Public Enemies, will next star in the highly anticipated G.I. Joe: The Rise of The Cobra, opposite Marlon Wayans and Dennis Quaid, which hits theaters this fall.

Cobra Starship front man Gabe Saporta is hunched over the craps table, a wad of cash in his sweaty hand, while Leighton Meester of "Gossip Girl" hovers above him on perilously high heels. Around them, the smoky nightclub pulsated in full party mode, as pretty people jammed to the music and guzzled bottles of beer. Leighton Meester is fierce the moment she steps into Cobra Starship’s new “Good Girls Go Bad” music video.

The concept of the video is that Meester runs an underground speakeasy, complete with shelves of booze, gambling tables and a dance floor. The band is in charge of the above-ground deli that acts as a front operation to hide the debauchery within. To gain access to the illegal club, patrons must order the correct sandwich and proceed down a staircase. "And if you don't look good, I'm not gonna let you in!" Saporta told MTV News during some downtime on the set, tucked into the Lower East Side.

The infectiously dancey "Good Girls" was produced by "American Idol" judge Kara DioGuardi, and Saporta was initially put off by the fact that the busy producer only had two hours to spend with the band in the studio. Saporta says he gave her a "stinky beat" and popped off a list of foul-mouthed song titles. "She didn't even flinch!" said an impressed Saporta. "She's a New York girl." Together, they dropped the song's hook in no time, and 15 minutes later the entire track was done. "It's, like, the best song on our album," he said of the upcoming August release, Hot Mess.

By the time Cobra and DioGuardi recorded the song, the band had already decided to collaborate with Meester. "I had heard that Leighton was working on a record and I really, really, really wanted to do a song with her, because I'm a big superfan of hers," Saporta said. He recalled thinking, "['Good Girls'] would be perfect for Leighton because it's already kind of her character in 'Gossip Girl,' like the perfect girl with the bad streak." They'd been working together on another track, but Saporta quickly sent her the new song, and Meester took an immediate liking to it. "I thought, 'I need to get on that!' " she told MTV News. "It totally is my sound too. Really fun to dance to it. Very edgy and cool."

The video was directed by Kai Regan and shot on Sunday, May 3 in New York City. Cobra Starship consists of Gabe Saporta, Ryland Blackinton, Alex Suarez, Victoria Asher and Nate Novarro. Check out the video below:

The attendant, rumored to be Portuguese physiotherapist Antonio Gaspar, paid close attention to the 24-year old’s washboard stomach, before moving onto the body part, which has made him the man of the moment - his feet.

Following his massage the metrosexual player, Ronaldo, cooled off in the hotel pool. But he couldn't get away from the fans for too long - he was soon recognized and persuaded to join a clutch of fans for photographs. Word around town is that Cristiano has been from scoring BIG in Vegas having “slots of fun”!!!

Today is the official start date on the filming of “Remember Me”, staring 22-year-old British actor Robert Pattinson.

Pattinson plays the lead role in "Remember Me," a story of a young couple whose escalating relationship is complicated by a succession of family tragedies that test their bond. Emilie de Ravin (Lost and Roswell alumni) will play Rob's love interest.

The film is rumored to be based off of Love Story, the 1970s the film and book of the same name written by Erich Segal, who also wrote the screenplay.

Emmy-winning director Allen Coulter ("The Sopranos," "Damages") will direct "Remember Me", and Jenny Lumet, who penned the script for last year's critical darling "Rachel Getting Married," has written the screenplay. The film also stars: Pierce Brosnan, Chris Cooper and Lena Olin.

Remember Me is scheduled to be released just before Valentine’s Day, 2010.

Ciao Bella - Twilight's Kristen Jaymes Stewart was spotted strolling in Santa Monica, California, where she recently shot an exclusive photoshoot for Allure Magazine. Following the filming of “New Moon,” KJS is gearing up for roles in “K-11” and “The Runaways”.

The movie, K-11, takes place in the section of the Los Angeles County Jail that holds gay inmates, keeping them segregated from the general prison population. “K-11” is the official classification for a gay inmate. Stewart, will play a boy and Nikki Reed, Twilight’s Rosalie, will play a 30-year-old man. Stewart’s mom, veteran script supervisor Jules Stewart, will direct. In the press, Kristen described the flick K-11 as a “comedy-drama" saying “… [The unit is] full of eccentric, crazy, off-the wall characters, and me and Nikki play two of them … It’s a really sweet but really screwed up family in there.”

“The Runaways,” centers its story on Joan Jett and her fellow band member Cherie Currie and follows the girl band from their meteoric rise as teenagers to their dissolution and disillusionment. The screenplay written by video director Floria Sigismondi, will also direct the feature project. Kristen Stewart will play Joan Jett and Dakota Fanning in the role of Cherie Currie. Recent reports that Revolutionary Road’s Michael Shannon is in negotiations to play one of the few male roles in the biopic.

Both films due out Fall 2009.

Frankie tried on several looks at A|X and had a hard time deciding how to nail the casual-but-not-too-casual look that works best for a show like the MTV Movie Awards.

Jennifer Aniston is on set with Jason Bateman filming night scenes for “The Baster” on Wednesday night (April 8) in New York City.

Directed by Will Speck and Josh Gordon, the story follows Wally (Bateman) whose female best friend Kassie (Aniston) plans to become pregnant with artificial assistance, but Wally mixes things up replaces the preferred baster content with his own. Seven years later, Kassie returns to New York with her son, and Wally is forced to live with the secret that he is the child's real father.

Recently, Jeff Goldblum was added to the cast of "The Baster," and will get to exercise his comedy chops by playing Bateman's business partner and confidant, whose idea of working out is walking s-l-o-w on the treadmill. Patrick Wilson also co-stars in the film.

Miramax will distribute the film, which is written by Allan Loeb, and based on a short story by Jeffrey Eugenides. Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa, whose films include the offbeat comedies "Election" and "Little Miss Sunshine," will produce. “The Baster” is set to be release in Spring 2010.

Styletraxx is sending out a BIG b-day wish to Twilight star Kristen Jaymes Stewart, who turns 19 today.

As previously reported on styletraxx, Kristen is set to play rocker Joan Jett in “The Runaways”, a biopic of the all-girl band set in the 70s, said she will do her very best in personifying the "I Love Rock N' Roll" singer's spirit on the silver screen.

Stewart recently told the press how excited she is to be playing the iconic rockstar Jett in “The Runaways,” a 1970’s-era flick about the influential all-girl rock band fronted by Jett and Lita Ford.

“I’m, like, vibrating,” grinned Stewart when we asked “I’m just so excited about that movie. I’m really, exceedingly, more excited than normal,” she laughed. "It should just be done justice," Stewart stated "I mean, her story's important. It's an incredibly triumphant feminist story, really."

Directed by Floria Sigismondi, the film will tell the story of the teenage band who were brought together and thrown into leather and lace, performing such sneer-filled songs as “Cherry Bomb.” Joan Jett herself has signed on to be the film’s executive producer, and Stewart is reportedly hard at work picking up old guitar riffs, and spending time hanging with the durable rock goddess herself.

On her breakup from boyfriend Fabrizio Moretti: “It’s hard to be with someone for five years and say, This isn’t going to work. But it was a time in my life where I finally just said, I can’t live for anyone else anymore. I have to be on my own.”

On the Hollywood career she would like to try: “I’m in my thirties now, and I really want to try all the things that I haven’t gotten to do yet, like directing, and doing a drama. I’ve produced and gotten to do a lot of optimistic love stories, and that was so where I was at for 10 years in my life. And now I feel like, Okay, now I know how to do that. I wanted to get scared again.”

Drew recently threw herself into the role of Little Edie for the film Grey Gardens, going to extreme lengths like shutting herself off from the world- all to prove to the director, who preferred other actresses for the role, that she was the right pick.

On getting the role and transforming into the character
“I knew this was not a courtesy meeting, but not far from it. I didn’t want to come in there like a hungry freak. But I also felt every second counting. So – polite conversation, then he started looking through my binder, and I saw his demeanor change, actually noticing all the hard work I had put into it. So I just put it out there. I said, ‘Look – I have all of this inside of me, and I promise you that I will change my face to be her. I will learn how to stop talking out of the side of my mouth. I will go to school to relearn body language. I will shut out the world. I will not talk to my friends. I will give up my life for this, because I don’t think you can play this character and have a social life and balance the two mentalities. I won’t act. I’ll become this person.’”

The long, tumultuous and supremely entertaining relationship between part-time actress Lindsay Lohan and her DJ companion, Samantha Ronson, has finally come to an end.

The break-up was made official after Lindsay Morgan was barred from a party for Ronson's sister, Charlotte‹DJ Sam on deck‹at Bar Marmont on Friday night. As celebs such as Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Molly Sims, Sting and Jewel grooved to Ronson's tune-spinning skills, five bouncers allegedly kept Lohan at bay, under strict orders from the Ronson family. The Ronson family is so concerned that they are seeking a restraining order against Lindsay.

“They were directed to the court to get a restraining order,” Beverly Hills Sgt. Nutall told US Weekly on Monday.

The locks on Samantha’s house were seen being changed on Monday; three weeks ago a window was broken at her house during a fight between the two women. According to reports, Lindsay Morgan Lohan has vacated Sam Ronson's home and
moved back into the Chateau Marmont.

“We are taking a brief break so I can focus on myself,” Lindsay told E!

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were seen departing LAX airport for a international flight to Thailand on Sunday (April 5). Blake, brought along a pillow for the long trip but it came in handy to shield herself from photographes while she was waiting in line. Regardless of their fame the two remain down-to-earth and both Blake and Penn were seen checking in at the Premium Economy (coach) counter, rather than First Class.

The couple can “afford” to take a few days off since they have finished filming for the season of Gossip Girl. Last week, the cast celebrated at the Bowery Hotel. According to reports, Penn was so focused on his game of beer pong that Blake couldn’t get him to call it a night. Allegedly, Blake kept trying to get him to leave, but he was so focused on the game that he begged her to stay.

Drinking games seem to be a hobby for the cast of Gossip Girl. You may remember back in January, Chance Crawford, Leighton Meester, Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick were spotted at Brother Jimmy's on Eighth Avenue (after the Kings of Leon concert at Madison Square Garden) playing a game of "flip cup”, until 2 a.m.

Staring tonight, it’s all downhill for Lauren Conrad as the “unwritten” reality series, centering on her life begins its final season. And it seems that "frenemy" Heidi Montag, isn't shedding too many tears for long-lost pal LC.

Montag tells MTV News: "We don't need her, we'll miss her. I just don't know if we need her." She goes on to say she was not surprised about Conrads decision to make this her last season: "I know she hasn't been wanting to be doing this for a while, and [the life she really leads] is not on camera," she says. "So I think it's a closing chapter for her. I'm sure she'll have fun and success."

Montag adds, "She's gotta leave the drama to the pros! I love The Hills and I definitely don't want to go anywhere anytime soon. That's my home and I'm so grateful to be on it, so we'll see."

In Conrad's “real” life she is dating “My Boys” actor Kyle Howard – the two were spotted this past weekend romping around the beaches of Malibu hitting the water for a paddleboat outing, and enjoying a shoreline stroll.

Also, Lauren Conrad has her first fiction novel, L.A. Candy, hitting shelves June 16th. This novel is the first of a three-book series of young adult fiction, and tells a behind-the-scenes story of a young girl named Jane Roberts who moves to L.A. and unexpectedly becomes the star of a reality television show. Roberts can't wait to start living it up.

Super hottie James Franco is set to rejoin his Pineapple Express co-star Danny McBride in the new Universal Pictures comedy “Your Highness”.

Franco will play the heroic brother of lazy prince (McBride) on the quest to save his father's kingdom. When an evil wizard casts a spell on their father and kidnaps the older prince's fiancee, they're forced to go on a quest to save their family and the kingdom.

Danny co-wrote the script for the Universal Pictures production with Ben Best and directed by David Gordon Green.

Other projects on the board for Franco are Christopher Nolan's sci-fi thriller "Inception", but due to scheduling conflicts Franco had to pass on the project. He's also been offered a key role opposite Julia Roberts in "Eat Pray Love" for Sony Pictures.

James, 30, who starred opposite Sean Penn in the Oscar-winning Milk, is currently living in NYC where he is studying for a Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing at Columbia University and is also taking filmmaking classes at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

He is currently filming 'Howl' in the city, one of two biopics about the writer Allen Ginsberg. He plays the poet and philosopher and has also been spotted on set doing some work behind the camera.

'Highness' is due to begin shooting on July 20 in Belfast.

Before Twilight and New Moon, sexy bloodsucker Robert Pattinson made the indie comedy “How to Be”.

Pattinson plays Art, a twenty-something guy who is going through a quarter-life crisis after being dumped by his girlfriend and moves in with his parents. Feeling he's hit rock bottom instead of rock star status the struggling musician hires a live-in self-help guru to help him work through the pain and become "more normal."

The 22-year-old actor not only stars in the film but also performs three original songs on the soundtrack, which will be released on CD and as a digital download through iTunes and other online retailers on April 28.

The first 250 people who preorder the CD directly from Dreamboat Records before April 28 will be selected at random to receive a booklet poster personally signed by Pattinson. Paris Hilton and boy-toy Doug Reinhardt got into a club brawl Thursday night in South Beach. Allegedly, Paris was not happy with the music playing at club LIV Nightclub by Swedish spinner, DJ Steve Angello, so she did what only Paris would do - she went to the DJ booth to request hip-hop.

That’s when things got heated and Angello thought the starlet should "get over" herself. That is when security asked ex-inmate, Ms. Hilton, to exit the booth and Reinhardt stepped in turning the episode into a bloody brawl with Reinhardt walking away with a bloody lip.

In a battle of he-said, she-said, he-said, the celebutante and her toy-boy visited the Fontainebleau, where the DJ Steve Angello was spinning as part of the Winter Music Conference. The two took the fight into cyber-space each defending their part on Twitter and MySpace.

"For someone who claims to make records...don't come into a booth and ask me to play hip hop and then have your doorman slap me," Angello writes of the incident on his Twitter account.

"I was just protecting my girlfriend," Reinhardt tells E! News. "The DJ's bodyguard pushed Paris. I stepped in. He tried to push me and manhandle me." Really? “Manhandle Me” - come on Doug.

Angello's rep, Matt Learmouth, tells E! News the incident didn't quite go down the way the reality-star couple claims. "She kept asking the DJ and got quite agitated with Steve about playing hip-hop and it was obviously his event, his music. He wasn't going to do that," the publicist says. "And then she asked one of her security guards to punch Steve, and one of her security punched Steve full-on in the face. Steve responded and ended up having a brawl with the security guard. Steve doesn't even have a bodyguard, and they said that his bodyguard attacked her," Learmouth says. "Steve is a quiet guy, but he had to act in self-defense and fought back. He started pounding on the guy, and it suddenly turned into a full-scale fight in the DJ booth."

As the argument took a physical turn, hotel security had to intervene.
"I took [the bodyguard] down and five members of his entourage jumped me when I was on top of him," claims Reinhardt.

This Fall, the CW Network will add backbiting to there teen-raged backstabbing programs and air the pilot for their new series, Vampire Diaries, based on a series of books from L.J. Smith, centers on a woman who falls for two vampire brothers - one good and one evil.

The teenage trio’s story play out in a small Virginia town and focuses on two vampire brothers, Stefan and Damon (Ian Somerhalder), and Elana Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), a human girl who reportedly gets whatever she wants.

Other cast membes include: Zach Roerig (Friday Night Lights) and Kayla Ewell (Entourage), and Steven R. McQueen (grandson of the late Steve McQueen). Roerig is in line to play a jock named Matt and Ewell's his sister, and McQueen was cast in the role of Jeremy, younger brother to Elena.

The story will be brought to the small screen by Kevin Williamson, famous for Scream and Dawson’s Creek, and Kyle XY’s Julie Plec. Both will pen the project with Williamson executive producing along with Les Morgenstein and Bob Levy. Vampire Diaries is scheduled to air this Fall.

Drew Barrymore 34, and Justin Long 30 were spotted this weekend together at Hollywood hotspot Bar Marmont. The pair came in together and spent the next few hours engaging in full-on PDA. “They couldn’t get enough of each other. I don’t think they even noticed that there were other people in the room! In between kisses it was all smiles and laughs."

The next night, the couple reunited at Ike sushi in Hollywood. “They sat at the sushi bar and ordered Sake and dinner. They were both in a great mood. After splitting up eight months ago, it certainly seems that Drew Barrymore and Justin Long are back together again.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen married in a small, private ceremony at the St. Monica Catholic Church on Thursday, February 26 in Santa Monica, California. According to People, the New England Patriots quarterback and the Brazilian supermodel wed around 6pm. The wedding was private and intimate, and most guests were immediate family. Brady’s son with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, John Edward Thomas Moynahan, was also present.

There had been reports for months the couple was planning a big wedding, but they ultimately opted for a last minute super private affair. Sources say that "the bride donned a form-fitting ivory lace strapless gown with a trumpet skirt and a floor-length veil.", and her three dogs also wore matching floral lace collars. After the ceremony, there was a small gathering at their home nearby. Tom, 31, and Gisele, 28, were engaged last month and have been dating since Christmas 2006.

Originally Rihanna was planning on celebrating her 21st birthday today( Feb. 20 ) with a big, splashy party in New York City. When the deal goes through she will write between three and five books throughout the next decade - it's one of the most lucrative book deals in showbiz history.

There have been numerous unofficial autobiographies about Britney Spears over the years, but she’s never agreed to pen her own until now. While critics have been quick to write off Britney whenever her life has threatened to spiral out of control this time she is going to beat them to it. This will be Britney’s first book written by the singer herself.

About 70 guests in cocktail attire were treated to a night of live music, food and dancing. The guests of honor arrived by limo at 9:30 with Fergie walking in first and Josh behind her. "She looked glowing," an onlooker reported. "They both looked excited." The duo partied until about 1am and left the bash together.

The longtime celebrity lovers will tie the knot in a ceremony, somewhere in Southern California this Saturday January 10th. To keep things under wraps, guests will be informed of the location on the day of the wedding: "They're going to send guests instructions via email. They'll be given an address and have to go a couple of locations before they get shuttled to the wedding itself." The guest list for the event includes "Extra" host Mario Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Kate Hudson, Penélope Cruz, Daniel Day-Lewis, Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox and, of course, Fergie's fellow Black Eyed Pea, Will.i.Am.

The "Glamorous" singer has reportedly hired famous wedding planner Mindy Weiss to help them with the details of their nuptials. The pair also has custom designed their wedding cake, "It's over seven feet high and covered in flowers. Each layer will be a different cake flavor, so guests will have a choice".

On the public’s misconception of her:
“I wanted to be a movie star [growing up]. But movie stars are not what they used to be. When I was a kid, I thought movie stars were women and men who were in these great films that we still look at now. But I don’t think there are too many films coming out these days that we’re going to look at in the future and say, ‘This is one of the great ones.’ Like, what is the great film that I will tell my children about? I’m still going to tell them about the old films, the Hitchcock films. And people my age don’t even know who those people are. I can’t even have a conversation with most people of my generation about that, because they’d be like, ‘Okay, she’s a freak. Something’s wrong with her.’ And the worst part is, in terms of what people see of me, I have become this girl who just loves to be photographed, doesn’t know how to focus, doesn’t know how to work on set, just loves the attention, knows how to go out at night, knows how to party.”

On not getting the same opportunities as other actresses: “But it’s so impossible for me to actually [go someplace where no one knows me]. When I was in Dubai, there was still press lined up around the hotel. So I find it close to impossible to actually do that. I mean, it is what it is. This is what I asked for, and in this day and age that’s what actually goes on. But what hurts me the most is that I work just as hard as any other actress around my age, like Scarlett Johansson, but I just don’t get the opportunities that they get because people are so distracted by the mess that I created in my life. But that doesn’t mean it’s going to last forever.

On being in Hollywood to act, not to become a celebrity: “I just feel as though it’s become a situation where people have manifested this caricature of who I am, and they act as if there’s no real person inside of it. I mean, people really have come to believe-directors, producers, agents, whoever it may be-that I started in this because I wanted to be a celebrity. But that was never my intention.”

Twilight star Kristen Stewart is going to play famous rock’n'roller Joan Jett in “The Runaways,” the rock n’ roll biopic of the 1970s all-girl band. The screenplay was written by Video director Floria Sigismondi, who will also be directing. While John Jett, Art Linson and River Road Entertainment's Bill Pohlad are producing. Jett will also act as an executive producer.

The Runaways were hugely influential as the first successful all-girl hard rock band; its members included guitarists Jett and Lita Ford, drummer Sandy West, singer-keyboardist Cherie Currie and bassist Jackie Fox. The band was brought together in late 1975 by impresario Kim Fowley, who thought a novelty act of teenaged girls performing in leather and lace would be an easy sell, but the girls ended up proving to be serious and influential musicians with songs like "Cherry Bomb." The band lasted about four years together, falling apart over management and money issues.

Fresh from the success of "Twilight," Kristen Stewart is set to portray Joan Jett. Stewart gushed in a interview that the movie will follow the '70s all-girl band, The Runaways, from the time it was formed to the break-up. "It's about the forming and death of this band, and it launched Joan Jett's career and she became the icon for females in rock and roll," she shared. "It's an absolutely insane concept for me to even think that I'm going to play her, but apparently I got the job so I'm going to give it all I've got."

River Road Entertainment hopes to go into production in 2009 but will have to work around Stewart’s prior commitments to the two Twilight sequels.

Life & Style goes on to report that Sam Ronson is suffering from "exhaustion", "depression" and "stress. "She's been suffering from depression and from lack of food and sleep," a source tells Life & Style.

Reports state that Lindsay Morgan Lohan has been helping her through this as she has been through it herself two years ago. According to reports, friends of Ronson tell the magazine that they received "frantic phone" calls on Saturday night that the DJ-SR was suffering from exhaustion and stress.

Earlier today DJ-SR, said on her Web site that she is recuperating at home after a brief stay in a Los Angeles hospital, and said in her MySpace blog, that she was "just pretty exhausted from traveling and working too much" and that she is at home and "feeling much better."

Hugh Jackman was spotted stripping down at the security checkpoint with his ticket in his mouth, making his way out of Los Angeles, on a departing flight to NYC on Friday (December 19).

The 40-year-old actor, Hugh, will be spending Christmas in the Big Apple, strolling the streets of the far West Village. Despite his ranking as one of People magazine’s '50 Most Beautiful People in the World’ from 2000 to 2004, Jackman still walks freely in New York or London.

Jackman, his wife of 12years, actress Deborra-Lee Furness, and their two adopted children, Oscar, eight, and Eva, three, have lived a nomadic lifestyle in Pimlico, London and Soho, New York and after two years in Sydney, will return to New York this Christmas.

Hugh told the press his plans for his NYC visit: “I’m going to be in New York with my family. I’ll be going to the Nutcracker, I’ll be going to Rockefeller Plaza, I’ll be going to the Rockettes, maybe catch a Knicks game or two…. I’ve just been at home [in Australia] for two years straight, so I’ll be okay. But I actually like the snow. I like the cold – it’s all different, it’s all a novelty to me.”

The OMFG breakout star has made a career of playing angst-ridden students. His most famous and most recent part, he actually almost turned down saying, “All I knew was that I’d already done three WB shows,” Badgley says, “and that it was called Gossip Girl. Thankfully, he reconsidered. Although Penn admits that playing Dan Humphrey is way too easy. Gossip Girl has let him venture into new directions, giving him enough teen cred to do a Midwest college tour this past October in support of Obama, a cause he’d have bled for. The show also helped out with his love life too, dating co-star Blake Lively.

The issue reveals that the 22-year-old actor was named after the Penn tennis balls that his dad nervously squeezed during his mom’s first sonogram. And that he is excited for new challenges with his career saying “I can do this role with my eyes closed and my arms behind my back. What I’m looking for now is something challenging… I always joke with the show’s creators, ‘Anytime you want me to do drugs or contemplate suicide, I’ll do it.’ ”

On Friday night the super sexy Rihanna and hottie Chris Brown took to the stage at the annual Z100 Jingle Ball at the Madison Square Garden, in NYC. The couple performed “Live Your Life”, the T.I. track that features Rihanna.

The 20-year-old pop-soul diva, Rihanna, and Brown (19) just completed a tour of Australia and New Zealand where he joined her nightly for a rendition of her biggest single, "Umbrella." While she acknowledged that they shared the stage, she has made a practice of not commenting about their nonmusical relationship, which reportedly has lasted three years.

Rihanna has had more No. 1 pop hits in the '00s than any other female star, and Chris Brown recently told Billboard that he’s already hard at work on material for RiRi’s next album. “I actually have a couple of songs written already that would be dope collaborations between me and her [Rihanna]. And I’m writing for her new album now!”

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale hosted the Z100 Jingle Ball with Nick Lachey, and some of the biggest names joined Rihanna and Brown on the bill with music performances by : Kanye West, Leona Lewis, Brandy, Ne-Yo, Katy Perry, Jesse McCartney, Lady Gaga and David Archuleta.

Billboard Magazine “Women of the Year”, Ciara, weathered the stormy day in Manhattan yesterday to do some holiday shopping at the Armani Exchange store in SoHo, NYC. Super CiCi made her list, checked it twice, and shopped for family, friends, and everyone nice.

Ci has been busy preparing for the release of her third studio album, “Fanatsy Ride”, that includes tracks with Polow Da Don, Tricky, T-Pain, Young Jeezy, Missy, Ludacris, and The Dream! “Fantasy Ride” is set to release early 2009 and if her new single “Go Girl”, which features T-Pain, is an indication of the sound then it’s going to be one BIG FUN RIDE.

A new single called "Never, Never", produced by Polow da Don, will be released early next year and it is rumored that Ciara will expose her alter ego “Super Ci” to her fans. She is working with DC Comics artist Bernard Chang to bring a superhero feel to the cover art for the album. Check out the making of the album art in the video clip below.

Jennifer Aniston poses in nothing but a necktie on the January '09 cover of GQ magazine. The jaw dropping cover shoot and inside spread have Aniston sprawled in the raw across a group of undressed male models. "I am not having his baby. And I have not popped the question."

Aniston's next film called Pumas, which she calls "sort of a female Wedding Crashers" about two "aspiring cougars":
"It is so a comment on the sexual double standard, and what's been ironic is how hard it's been to get this movie made... Studios want it, but they are afraid of Middle America. They'd want to change it; they're saying, 'Oh, you can't do that, people just can't imagine you..."

What she sees as a disturbing problem in Hollywood:
"Look, I think all women on some level just want to rage against the machine... There are too many movies out there that don't empower women, movies in which their only way of being happy is finding a man. And you know, that's not my favorite theme."

Watch out Carrie Bradshaw. There's a new gal in town in her own search for love, success and fame. The CW network, known for keeping the gossip spinning with their hit show “Gossip Girl”, is rumored to be testing a possible spin-off series of the drama-feast in an episode to air later this season.

It looks like “Little J” is bored with the backstabbing stunts of others and ready to take a slice at her social scandal. According to reports, an upcoming episode may double a test pilot for the possible spin-off “It Girl”, following the story of aspiring fashion maven Jenny Humphrey (played by Taylor Momsen), who ditches New York’s Upper East Side to start some trouble at boarding school.

And sharpen your knifes because there is talk that everybody’s favorite psycho-social, Georgina Sparks, is returning from boarding school to wreak havoc on the unsuspecting Upper East Side gossipmongers. Michelle Trachtenberg, who plays Georgina, will be back on the CW show, according to series creator Josh Schwartz. “It’s safe to say you haven’t seen the last of her,” he told a crowd of fans at a panel discussion in NYC.

According to sources, this plot twist is still in the early planning stages—there's no deal or script done yet—but it's in the works for the last third of season two and looks like the return of the bad girl is going to bring a wicked winter chill for all involved.
