Last night, Katy Perry electrified an overwhelmingly beautiful crowd at Paper Magazine’s Party at Hiro Ballroom, in NYC. Fittingly, the party was for the magazine’s 12th Annual “Beautiful People Issue” of which Perry is on the cover. DJ Cassidy and DJ Jon Jon Battles were on deck. Other bold-face names in the crowd were: Lady Sovereign, Kat DeLuna, Richie Rich, and Americas Next Top Model Jaslene Gonzalez.
