WORLD AIDS DAY – DECEMBER 1

Today, World AIDS Day, MSN is celebrating the launch of (RED)WIRE, (RED)'s new digital music magazine designed to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. Some of the greatest artists on earth have contributed amazing songs to (RED)WIRE.

The new digital music service, (RED)WIRE, co-founded by U2 frontman Bono and Bobby Shriver to combat AIDS in Africa. (RED)WIRE promises fans exclusive music by major artists for a monthly membership fee of $5 a month to fight AIDS, launches today - the 20th anniversary of World AIDS Day.

New songs and videos from U2, Coldplay, Dixie Chicks, Jay-Z, John Legend, Sheryl Crow, the Police & Elvis Costello, and an exclusive holiday song “Joseph, Better You Than Me” features The Killers with Elton John and Neil Tennant.

Half of your $5 monthly membership fee goes directly to The Global Fund to help buy and administer medicine to people in Africa living with HIV. It costs just $12 per month to provide someone the two pills a day they need to stay alive. So every five (RED)WIRE members generate enough money, every month, to help keep one person living with HIV in Africa alive.

You can also show your support to the Global Fund with the purchase of limited edition product from Emporio Armani – emporioarmani.com. Giorgio Armani is contributing an average of 405 of its gross profit margin from sales of all Emporio Armani (PRODUCT) RED products directly to the Global Fund.

Enjoy (RED)WIRE world premieres throughout the day and sign up for (RED)WIRE here
