Desperate Housewives Eva Longoria Parker is featured on the cover of the December issue of Elle UK. Inside she speaks to the fashion mag about being friends with Victoria Beckham.
Eva said that Posh Spice was a humorous person with great style and that she’d be “excited if Victoria was joining the Desperate Housewives cast” According to Eva, Victoria is an icon for motherhood. She added: “She’s so frickin’ funny! And I have such an appreciation for her style. She represents womanhood – being a mum, being a wife and still being fabulous. That’s inspiring to me. I hope to be as dedicated to my husband and children as she is.”
Eva, who recently married NBA basketball star Tony Parker this summer, said: “I’ve always loved the idea of having lots of children. If I’m around any baby, I’m like “Aaaahhhh, babies!”
Well Eva may have the extra time to put into her “baby” project since the current writers of film and TV are on strike – leaving Desperate Housewives to take a break from shooting until things are resolved.
