Eva Longoria Parker was spotted at the Samsung’s BlackJack II party last night at her new restaurant BESO. Eva was in all her glitz and glamour wearing Armani Exchange.
Eva’s soon to be “officially” opened restaurant BESO Longoria is hands-on when it comes to BESO, which is located in Hollywood (at the corner of Hollywood and Ivar) and is in partnership with celebrity chef Todd English and promoter Jonas Lowrance.
Eva’s Mexican-American restaurant BESO — Spanish for “kiss” is Eva’s main focus right now and she is involved in everything from picking the uniforms and developing a really menu – a lot of the recipes are her own.
With the writers strike putting many shows on hold, including Desperate Housewives, Eva is keeping busy with plans for her first Thanksgiving dinner as Mrs. Parker.
Eva (32) told People Magazine “I love to cook. I’m a big, big cooker in my family, so this is kind of an extension of my house. I feel like everybody’s going to be in my living room.”
Eva also spoke to the press about the future: “I was pretty ambitions when I moved to Hollywood and I succeeded. But now I’ve found new ambitions - I want to work, I want to be a great wife and I want to have children.” And if it means ditching her hit TV series, so be it. ”This is a new chapter in my life. I will be very sad to go but I’ll have more time to do movies.”
