George Clooney and current fling Sarah Larson were involved in a motorcycle accident on Friday.
The pair was hit by a car while traveling a narrow road of Boulevard East in Weehawken NJ, across the Hudson River from New York City. Clooney was driving the Harley-Davidson cycle that was heading north and as he sped up to pass the 1999 Mazda Millennia on the right the car was making a right hand turn - with signal, without signal, your left, my right. It is a case of he-said, she-said.
But luckily, both Clooney and Larson were wearing helmets. The couple was rushed to Palisades Medical Center in Palisades, N.J., where they were treated and released.
The 46-year-old Clooney suffered a hairline fracture of a rib and road rash, and Larson suffered a broken foot.
George is in New Jersey for the filming of the Coen Brothers’ latest film project “Burn After Reading’, with co-star Brad Pitt.
No word yet whether filming will be delayed or if George will attend the world premiere of his new film “Michael Clayton” scheduled for tonight in NYC.
