As reported on Styletraxx, Nicole Richie (accompanied by BF Joel Madden) had her day in Glendale, Calif. court last week. Nicole pleaded not guilty in February to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
UPDATE: Nicole was sentence to serve four days in County Jail before September 28, 2007. Although five days was the minimum sentence expected – Nicole received credit for the extra day since she served six hours in jail after getting arrested. Richie was also put on three years probation, fined $2,048 and ordered to 21 days at an alcohol education course.
