Paris was released from jail shortly after midnight last night and she walked out basking in all the flashes from waiting paparazzi. It is rumored that Paris Hilton has big plans now that she is out of Lynwood County Jail later today. Paris tells new BFF Ryan Seacrest that after she gets out of jail she plans to build a Hilton halfway house or "transitional home" for ex-inmates - a place where they can "get food and clothes on their backs" to stop the "bad cycle" of in-and-out behavior.
