Pop tart Britney Spears has done it again. This time she's really gone off the deep end and shaved her entire head herself with a pair of electric clippers. After she cleaned up her hair and walked out of the LA salon, she headed to Sherman Oaks for some new ink. The mother of two who seems to be suffering from and emotional breakdown got two new tattoos. One on her hip of a cross and another on her wrist of a pair of lips. The tattoo artist said Britney was very difficult to work with, "she kept complaining of the pain and moving around...she seemed out of it". What will she do next? Stayed tuned to find out...
