Spotted: Gossip Girl’s (CW) Leighton Meester with King’s (NBC) star boyfriend Sebastian Stan were spotted last night (April 30) at Katsuya in Hollywood. According. The 23-year-old actress hit up the celeb-busy eatery after attending the star-studded premiere of Star Trek.

Now that production of the latest season of Gossip Girl has wrapped up, Leighton is hard at work on her upcoming debut album. her first single is slated to drop in July. It’s very pop,” she tells Entertainment Weekly. “You can listen to it on the radio. You can listen to it in your car. You can dance to it.” She went on to say that her musical inspirations? “I really love Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, and Debbie Harry,” says Miss Meester. “Gwen Stefani and Fergie, too. Also present at the LaLa hot spot restaurant, Katsuya, were Rihanna and buddy/mentor Jay-Z. The two grabbed dinner together and were joined by five other guests - according to People Mag, RiRi and Jay dined on yellowtail with jalapeño, miso cod, and baked crab hand roll, complemented by Houereki sake.

And if that isn’t enough star power to make California roll, Jessica Simpson was also seen dining there at the same time -- but all parties were sitting at separate tables.

It appears that JT is going country – between the recent opening of his NYC restaurant “Southern Hospitality”, a Memphis-style barbecue joint he co-owns and his teaming up with country royalty Reba McEntire on her new album – it would appear that JT is laying the ground work for his next project. It is rumored the Justin is working a southern rock CD to be released early next year.

But if you can’t wait that long you can check him out on Reba Duets, due out September 18th, where he duets with McEntire on a track called “The Only Promise That Remains”

Other artists joining Reba are: LeAnn Rimes, Kelly Clarkson, Rascal Flatts, Trisha Yearwood, Carol King, Kenny Chesney, Vince Gill, Faith Hill and Don Henley.

And it that only wets your appetite for more visit his NYC hot-spot "Southern Hospitality", next time you’re in town. The 3,000-square-foot space, is located at 1460 Second Avenue, between 76th and 77th streets.

It is rumored that Eva Longoria (along with promoter Jonas Lowrance and celeb chef Todd English) is set to open a restaurant called “Beso”, at the corner of Hollywood and Ivar. Beso -- Spanish for "kiss, will reportedly serve Latin-themed dishes and sure to be the new celeb hot-spot.

Beso was originally set to open before Eva and Tony’s Parisian wedding, but things got delayed and it is now set to open next month. Longoria reportedly invested $250,000 of her own money to make it all happen.

Justin Timberlake, is set to open a new celebrity hot- spot in New York's Upper East Side, later this week. JTs new restaurant, "Southern Hospitality", will be decorated with Southern antiques and serve good ole Memphis-style cookin. Timberlake teamed up with longtime BFF's Trace Ayala and Eytan Sugarman for the first in this joint venture of Southern Gentleman Style.

Flatbush Farm, located at 76 St. Marks Ave. in Brooklyn, is a new all-organic scene, notably being called the most organic restaurant in New York. The setting is all white with a dash of wood seating to contrast. The food is said to melt on your fork and pack some serious flavor. The menu offers some changes to the everyday typicals, from salmon cakes to mushroom spatzle that will please any hungry agriculturist.

Room Service just opened it doors at 35 E 21st, and the space is decked out with leather banquettes, packed minibars and on-call concierges. The chandeliers, smoldering walls and marble top bars offer those in this swanky scene a taste of the privileged.
