VEDERA VISITS A|X ROBERTSON STORE

Fresh from their recent appearance on ELLEN, Epic recording artists Vedera stopped by the new A|X concept store on Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles to pick up some new pieces from the Spring collection. The band is generating a huge buzz right now - after a featured performance on The Hills last season, opening for The Fray and Jason Mraz, and most recently Jack's Mannequin, their super-hot single "Satisfy" is quickly climbing the charts. The band brought along a film crew from Hollyscoop.com, to shoot an in-store style segment. Styletraxx will bring you that video when it becomes available. IT'S 1975 AND THEY'RE ABOUT TO EXPLODE: THE RUNAWAYS PREMIERE LAST NIGHT IN LA

Last night was the LA premiere for the "The Runaways," the biopic about an all-girl 1970s rock group starring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning. The movie chronicles THE RUNAWAYS from 1975 - 1977; formed by teenage girls living near Hollywood, CA, and heavily manipulated by their manager Kim Fowley as 'jailbait rock', all the girls were 16 or younger when the band recorded their first album. The band ultimately succeeds on their own merits as musicians, becoming the first all-girl rock-band to ever break into the world of arena-filling hard rock acts. Last night Kristen Stewart and co-star Dakota Fanning put their arms around each other and smiles on the red carpet for the premiere of The Runaways held at ArcLight Cinemas in Los Angeles. Dakota, 16, and Kristen, 19, were joined by New Moon co-star and friend, Taylor Lautner. Other starlets in attendance included Riley Keough, who also stars in the film. Joan Jett, founding member of the band, The Runaways and Cherie Currie who both went straight up old school last night fully rockered out in classic threads. The movie hits theaters nation wide on April 9th but if you can’t wait that long check out the trailer below

Twilight fans get ready for another taste of the Saga as the new teaser trailer for Eclipse was just released today. Taylor Lautner goes shirtless in this new teaser for Eclipse, in theaters on Friday (June 30th). In Eclipse, Bella (played by Kristen Stewart) once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between Edward (aka Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (played by our favorite hunk Taylor Lautner). Bella is faced with the fact that her decision has the potential to ignite the struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life. Tomorrow the release of the full teaser trailer is due out. Madonna attended a party in honour of past A|X photographer Tom Munro in Los Angeles on Saturday night - New York Times The Carpetbagger blog reported from the event: 'Collaboration. I like being his muse,' Madonna told us, explaining her relationship with photographer Tom Munro at a private party and opening last night, to celebrate the photographer’s first book, a collection of celebrity portraits. (Partial proceeds of of the book will go to Madonna’s charity, Raising Malawi, and M.E.A.K.) Madonna, wearing black fishnet stockings, leather skirt and dark sunglasses at 10 p.m. in a dark room, blew off the Weinstein Company party at Soho House and the Summit Entertainment reception for 'The Hurt Locker' at the Mondrian, for the gallery opening, where she spent most of the time on the lap of Steven Klein, another celebrity fashion photographer. Mr. Munro, who has directed a couple of videos with Madonna, said his dream was to move into the direction of feature films and he credited Madonna as 'an inspiration.' Mr. Munro then looked around the packed room from behind the V.I.P. roped-off area. 'We were terrified that it is too ambitious having a show the night before the Oscars,' he said. 'I wasn’t sure if anyone was going to turn up. They might have been getting their beauty sleep for tomorrow night.'

The mecca of all red carpets, the Oscars, always tends to stun audiences across the nation when it comes to the fashion and it's winners, and this year was no exception. Some of the highest honors went to Mo'Nique who nabbed the award for Supporting Actress and Sandra Bullock who took Best Actress. Both winning ladies delivered wonderful speeches and Mrs. Bullock even joked about kissing Meryl Streep. The fashion, too, was a highlight of the night. J-LO sported a textured Armani Prive' floor length gown from his Spring 2010 collection. All in all, the Oscars was a special night recognizing some of the finest performances in cinema, today. SMALLVILLE SLIDES INTO SEASON 10

This just in! Smallville has officially been renewed and will be back for a tenth season. Clark Kent and Lois Lane will live on as the CW announced Thursday (March 4) that it is coming back for more. The CW program has dramatically improved in ratings this past season up 74% overall and has been ranked as the No. 1 network TV show in its time period among men 18-49 since moving to its new Friday timeslot. "Smallville," which stars Tom Welling in the retelling of the Superman legend, joins the previously announced "90210," "America's Next Top Model," "Gossip Girl," "Supernatural" and "The Vampire Diaries," all of which are also returning for another season.
