PRODUCER/WRITER/DJ extraordinaire FEDDE LE GRAND will be spinning it live tonight at LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau in South Miami Beach. Tickets are still available. Not going to say much more about this event, except that if you're lucky enough to be in the SOBE area tonight, le Grand's show is one that's not to be missed. And as for LIV, it's probably the best nightclub in South Beach, hands up!

ELECTRIC ZOO RETURNS TO NYC

This weekend marks the dates that everyone has been looking forward to for the past year in the NYC metro area. Of course, we're talking about the Electric Zoo. The two day bonanza features some of the biggest headliners in the electronic music world. The festival takes place on the fourth (Saturday) and the fifth, with over 60 musical acts each day on multiple stages! Headlining performances on Saturday, September 4th include Dance music phonemes The Chemical Brothers, with globally acclaimed DJ Paul van Dyk, Benny Benassi, and ATB. On Sunday, September 5th Above & Beyond headline along with the world's number one DJ, Armin Van Buuren. In 2009 the festival saw almost 26,000 people walk through their doors, and this labor day weekend is sure not to be any different. CHELSEA HANDLER TO HOST MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS

MTV has announced that Chelsea Handler will be hosting the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards this year! The 35 year old comedian and host of talk show "Chelsea Lately" will be the first woman to emcee the event since Rosanne Barr in 1994. Although MTV general manager Stephen Friedman called Handler an “unexpected choice,” he explained that "you look at her following from our audience and it makes sense… they’re passionate fans." Chelsea will be joined by Justin Bieber, Drake, Ke$ha as well as Kanye West among others who will be performing and presenting throughout the evening. Be sure to catch the awards show airing live from Nokia Theater L.A. on Sunday, Sept. 12 at 9 p.m.

NEW MUSIC TUESDAY: KATY PERRY

Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" is sure to bring some happy rays into your life. The album marks the second studio released CD for the bubblegum pop-star. But don't buy into the hype that all her lyrics are for the PG crowd. Check this lyric from "T.G.I.F.", “There’s s stranger in my bed, there’s a pounding my head / Glitter all over the room, pink flamingos in the pool,” sings Katy, sounding pretty level-headed for somebody with a hangover. “I smell like minibar, DJ’s passed out in the yard / Barbies on the barbeque, is this a hickey or a bruise?” It is clear that she has radio singles with "Teenage Dream" and "California Gurls", but she also brings a more risque side to the album. It is also clear that Perry wants to be seen as a "California Girl" on her new release. "I wanted to call it 'Teenage Dream' because ... it kind of exudes this euphoric feeling like everyone remembers what their teenage dreams were". JENNIFER ANISTON AND COURTENEY COX REUNITE

'Friends' stars team up again! It has been confirmed that Jennifer Aniston will appear alongside long time pal Courteney Cox on the season two premiere of 'Cougar Town.' The show is about a divorced woman in her 40's who is back to the dating scene filled with younger men. Executive producer Bill Lawrence has told EW that Jennifer is "going to play Courteney's shrink named Bonnie. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life [Courteney's character] Jules’ wishes she has.” Lawrence also went on to say that they are "intentionally implying that it's a therapist Courteney has been using for a while" leaving the door open for another appearance by Aniston if all goes well. "Every day that those two talk they have more ideas about [the role]," he says. "It’s definitely something they’re both involved in creatively." ROCK THE BELLS 2010

The annual "Rock the Bells" festival kicks off this weekend in New York and DC after rocking the west coast last week. It is one of the biggest high-profile act hip-hop festivals to date. August 28th the show comes to Governors Island, with plenty of hip-hop heavy hitters ready to bring back some of their greatest hits. Featured in the bunch are Snoop Dogg performing his classic album "doggystle" in its entirety. Other acts include A Tribe Called Quest, Wu-Tang Clan, Rakim, KRS-One, Wiz Khalifa, special guest Lauryn Hill, and many more.

TRUE BLOOD NEWLYWEDS

'True Blood' lovers Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are now husband and wife after being engaged for a year. Their wedding took place on Saturday at a beachfront home in Malibu, California. Paquin's brother-in-law told the New Zealand Herald that the ceremony was "really, really beautiful. Somehow they've managed to stay real in the middle of this unreal world. It was quite sweet." Their onscreen relationship on the set of their HBO drama series turned into a real life romance, leading to the couple's engagement last August.

'LOVE AND OTHER DRUGS' TRAILER

The trailer for the upcoming film, 'Love and Other Drugs' with Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal has premiered! The film seems to be a fresh take on the boy meets girl romantic comedy where free spirited Maggie, played by Hathaway, refuses to let anyone tie her down. She meets Jamie (Gyllenhaal), a pharmaceutical salesman whose relentless and charming personality serves him well with the ladies. Maggie and Jamie soon find themselves in an evolving relationship, falling for each other unexpectedly. While the formula for the film isn't anything new, there seems to be some great chemistry between Hathaway and Gyllenhaal here. 'Love and Other Drugs' comes to theaters on November 24th. PUKKELPOP FESTIVAL 2010

The annual "Pukkelpop" festival is ready to begin this Thursday, August 19 lasting through the 21st. Camp site opens today with local party dj's fueling the mood for the three day fiasco. This year marks the 25th anniversary for the festival and is considered one of Belgium's biggest open-air festivals. The festival prides itself in offering some of the greatest varieties of electro and alternative music from up-and-comers to living legends in the industry. Each year the festival has brought in heavy hitters for headliners, and this year is no disappointment. The festival has come a long way since The Ramones and IggyPop were headlining, check out some headliners for this year's edition: Placebo 2Manydjs Deadmau5 Benny Benassi Blink-182 Snow Patrol Queens of the Stoneage and so much more.. JAMES FRANCO - ESQUIRE'S SEPTEMBER COVER STORY

It is difficult to peg James Franco in any particular way - not only is he a famous actor in theaters and on TV but he is also a Yale student pursuing a PhD whose interests span from writing fiction and directing documentaries to building sculptures. That's why in Esquire's September 2010 issue, they decided to take a deeper look at the movie star to see what he's all about. In an interview, James shared why he went back to being a student. “Acting doesn’t do very much for me. I put off school for it, but it’s not like it was a sacrifice or anything. I really didn’t miss school until I went back. Or maybe I missed it and nobody believed that, not even me. The work of it — and I have really great teachers — that’s the stuff that adds up for me in a way that acting doesn’t.” On his new movie, which was based off of a book: “What can I say about Eat, Pray, Love? Let’s see (pauses for 15 seconds) You know, in Eat, Pray, Love, my character mostly appears in the first 20 pages of the book. (smiles) And I can definitely say I read the first twenty pages.” His brother, Dave Franco, was asked to film a funny video at the shoot. Katy Perry's music video for her next single "Teenage Dream" is finally here! In this video, Katy says that she reveals a more vulnerable side, wearing very little makeup and giving off a completely different vibe than she did in "California Gurls." It is a throwback to teenage years with a series of romantic scenes filmed with co-star Josh Kloss. The singer worked with director Yoann Lemoine to create the video in her hometown Santa Barbara, California where she was able to cast her friends in the video as well. Check out the video below:

ENTOURAGE SAYS FAREWELL IN 2011

HBO has announced that its longest running hit series "Entourage" will end next summer with a possible shortened 8th season of only six episodes, reports HBO's Programming President Michael Lombardo. This may not be the last we see of the "Entourage" cast, however. There have been talks by creator Doug Ellin of a follow-up movie. Michael Lombardo has shared that "he [Doug Ellin] wants to write a film, but he wants to do it when the story will make sense. He's pitched other shows to us. I will expect that within the next couple years (he'll have another show on HBO). But Entourage next summer will definitely be the final season."
