The Hills stars, Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port, have been fired from Teen Vogue. Insiders say it all started when LC posed for a certain mens magazine and is ending after the questionable attention brought to the show and it’s cast.
However, “The Hills” star is taking the high road, saying that the break-up was a shared decision and she and Teen Vogue amicably parted ways.
LC told the press that she was “kind of done” and she was the one who made the decision to leave the hot teen fashion glossy, to focus on her own fashion collection.
Conrad is set to show her collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Los Angeles in March. LC told People Magazine: “I’m really excited and terrified, we’re doing all the designs now, so literally I’m in there, and I’m like, ‘This can’t go down a runway!’ And I’m like freaking out.”
For her first collection Conrad says she was inspired by her time spent in Paris that will be featured in eight bonus episodes of The Hills, set to air in the next few weeks. Check your local listings.
