At a Miami concert Wednesday night Jennifer Lopez has finally gone public with what was well suspected, confirming she is pregnant with her first child. Lopez shared her baby “news” with 10,000 concertgoers that she and her singer husband, Marc Anthony, were expecting.
During her set, the “Waiting for Tonight” a glowing Lopez announced to the audience, “Marc and I are expecting a baby!” J-Glo continued, “This is a special time in our lives. And we waited until the last show to tell you. Now we will go away for awhile.”
Throughout the show Lopez joked about the news, holding her stomach and saying: “You don’t mind if I catch my breath for a minute?” Marc Anthony was surprised his wife revealed the news about the pregnancy, saying “I didn’t know she was going to talk”, and then bent down to kiss her stomach.
Lopez said she wanted to wait until the end of the tour to speak out about the baby because she did not want people to worry about her health. Now up for speculation is the sex of the baby and the possibility that the couple is having twins. There are reports circulating that Lopez and Anthony are expecting twins with a boy and a girl but J-Lo did not confirm this or reveal the due date she will give birth.
