Nick Lachey has acquired an appetite for the restaurant business. It is rumored that Lachey will be partnering with Nicky Hilton and Wilmer Valderrama to open an American-style restaurant at Las Vegas’ Luxor Hotel and Casino. The business savvy celebs with be partnering with the Pure Management Group, out of Vegas, to open “Company American Bistro” next month.
Other celebrities that have gotten into investing in the restaurant biz are: Jennifer Lopez (Madre’s), Brittney Spears (NYLA – CLOSED), Tara Reid (Ketchup), Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson (Dolce), Matt Damon and Ben Affleck (The Continental), Robert DeNiro (Ago), and Justin Timberlake newly-launched New York restaurant ‘Southern Hospitality’ offers traditional Memphis-style recipes.
