Nicole Richie is set to take responsibility for her action and serve her time at the Lynwood jail -- the same correction facility Paris Hilton called home for 23 days.
Like Paris, Nicole was given the option of serving her 90 hours at a "private jail”, but selected Lynwood on the chance that her sentence could be reduced due to overcrowding. If she chose a “private jail” she would have to complete her entire sentence (4-days).
It is being reported that Nicole's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has notified the Sheriff that Richie has select Lynwood but when she would enter was not released.
Nicole remained calm and confident as she and baby daddy Joel Madden, talked to Diane Sawyer on "Good Morning America" yesterday morning. During the interview Wrong-Way Richie expressed noticeably more regret and self-awarness for her actions than her longtime friend Paris Hilton did she appeared on Larry King Live.
