After months of self inflicted drama and flying solo without any formal guidance, Britney Spears has finally hired a manager!
After the very public spilt with her former manager, Larry Rudolph, and all ties that bind, whom Brit blames for forcing her into rehab, Spears has hired Kelly Clarkston former manager The Firm’s Jeff Kwatinez. And it seems not a minute too late.
As Britney is desperate for a comeback it appears things are not any easier the second (third) time around. It is rumored that Britney had another self-destructive moment While shooting the cover of the September issue of Allure magazine. Britney was set to do an exclusive interview with the beauty magazine but walk off set has refused to reschedule later.
And to only make matter worse her label Jive is rumored to not be very supportive of her behavior and or song selection. So much so that Brit had to pay $30,000 from her own money to make her latest music video “Get Back.”
So desperate to resuscitate her music career she is going against anyone and everyone who disagrees or gets in her way. Brit funded the promo for comeback single “Get Back” because she was going against the wishes and advice of her label, Jive Records and wanted complete creative control.
As you have seen Britney can be VERY creative in getting noticed and getting things done. Can’t wait…
