Megan is an American actress and model, and best known for her roles on the television series Hope & Faith and in the 2007 box office hit the Transformers.
In 2004, Megan starred with Lindsay Lohan in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and the same year was also cast in her first regular role in a television series on Hope & Faith, which she portrayed until 2006.
She landed the role of female lead, Mikaela Banes, in the film Transformers , where she plays the love interest of Shia LaBeouf 's character Sam Witwicky. She recently joined the cast of How to Lose Friends and Alienate People in June 2007 in which she will be playing a young Hollywood starlet getting her first taste of fame.
