LINDSAY'S MOM MAKES PROMISES

Ten days after Linday checked herself into Promises Treatment Center in Malibu, Dina Lohan has finally decided to visit. Dina will reunited with her 20-year-old daughter, babysit Lindsay's dogs, and help plan her 21st birthday party. According to Access Hollywood, Linds is going against her rehab advisors advice and moving forward with plans for her 21st birthday blowout in Vegas.
