Paris Hilton may go from bar hopping to behind bars if LA prosecutors get their way. The city attorney's office filed documents in Superior Court recommending that Hilton spend 45 days at the Los Angeles County jail for violating terms of her probation for an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction.
Other request include that Paris stay away from alcohol for 90 days and wear a monitoring device and suspend her license for an additional four months.
Paris Hilton will appear in court today for a probation violation hearing where the judge can accept the prosecutors request or impose a different penalty. The maximum penalty is 90 days in jail.
