Reports from that Nicole Richie entered the Beau Monde Treatment Center in California on May 11th, reportedly weighing a not at all shocking 83 pounds – are FALSE. The story was that the wasting away Simple Life star checked in for treatment of an eating disorder and substance abuse but Nicole’s reps have dismissed the story and say that she is home in Glendale.
