Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson are being sued by paparazzi for the incident last November where Denise Richards assaulted two photographers.
According to the lawsuit Denise became enraged when she saw two photographers taking her pictures, called them unflattering names, assaulted them, then grabbed their laptops and threw them over the balcony.
In addition, the photographers are claiming Richards and Anderson made several false and defamatory statements to law enforcement and assorted media outlets which were deliberately calculated to embarrass, humiliate and ridicule plaintiffs.
